What's it about? Who was Phil? How Can I Help?

The Heart Of A Marine Foundation provides comfort, support, financial assistance, and additional resources to improve the quality of life of military personnel in ALL BRANCHES of the United States Armed Forces, including Veterans and their families.
Phil Frank was a brave Marine. He was also a devoted son, brother, and nephew. Phil loved his family. He was a loyal friend. Phil's sense of humor would brighten everyone's day; his jokes are legendary. God chose to take Phil from this world, but his loving spirit remains in our hearts, and now in our works.
