The Heart Of A Marine Foundation will continue the Lance Corporal Phillip E. Frank Memorial Scholarship

in the following manner:

• The scholarships are open nationally
• There will be two scholarships awarded
• Both scholarships have a $1,000 value

All applicants must exemplify the spirit of The Heart of a Marine ideal:

Concern for others

Character is what is important

Grade Point Average is not a requirement

High School Students

The scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors who will be enrolling at an accredited college/trade school within one year of receiving the scholarship.

Military/Veterans

The scholarship is available to discharged military personnel who are returning to civilian life and continuing their education. Veterans are also encouraged to apply.
